Melissa was great every step of the way. She was always there for us when we had any questions. She was very available, and was always quick so schedule a viewing for us so that we wouldn't miss out on a potential house. If she did happen to be busy she would have a great replacement for her that was very helpful. She was just awesome! Thanks Melissa!!

Melissa helped us buy and later sell our home in Fargo. Her service in both cases was fantastic. She was easy to reach at any time of day, always checked in with us, and never took us for granted. I was never left wondering where we were at in the process. My emails were almost always answered in minutes. As a first-time home buyer and someone that wants to understand every detail of the process, I had numerous questions. Melissa explained everything in great detail and cleared up anything I did not understand. She also provides calming guidance that was reassuring during the stressful time of buying and selling. Melissa worked with us for over 2 years and kept in great communication. We contacted her when we just began considering buying a home. She sent us homes that fit our search criteria and we browsed for many months because we weren't quite ready to start the process but we wanted to start researching. Once we were ready we informed Melissa and she had multiple showings lined up for us very quickly. She knows the FM market so well and knows how to take care of her clients. I wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Working with Mike was great, he is knowledgeable and very straight forward about the whole buying and selling process. He helped us remain calm and motivated during the selling process and was very helpful in the design and building of our new home. I appreciated his opinion on what upgrades would be the best investments and his design input. He provided a service above just selling our current home and helping us find a new one and that is going above and beyond, which we very much appreciated.
