Her knowledge of the FM market and prompt responsiveness is exactly what you need in this fast moving market! Melissa's responsiveness is incredible. I was never left wondering where we were at in the process. My emails were almost always answered in minutes. As a first-time home buyer and someone that wants to understand every detail of the process, I had numerous questions. Melissa explained everything in great detail and cleared up anything I did not understand. She also provides calming guidance that was reassuring during the stressful time of buying and selling. Melissa worked with us for over 2 years and kept in great communication. We contacted her when we just began considering buying a home. She sent us homes that fit our search criteria and we browsed for many months because we weren't quite ready to start the process but we wanted to start researching. Once we were ready we informed Melissa and she had multiple showings lined up for us very quickly. She knows the FM market so well and knows how to take care of her clients. I wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Melissa did an outstanding job helping me find my first home. She was always on the ball as far as getting showings lined up when I was able to look for places. Found my home in a matter of about 2 weeks and just finished closing yesterday. I would highly recommend her to anybody in the Fargo area.
