Melissa Mozley is the best! She was the most responsive when we were calling around for agents. She made time to immediately answer our questions before she was our agent. We had an offer within 24 hours of listing and for more than what we were hoping. We couldn't be happier! Melissa was always available to answer questions we had and she is very knowledgeable and organized. Because of her, we felt comfortable and confident in our decisions. We will definitely use her again.

Melissa Mozley was amazing! Being a first time home buyer was scary and we knew nothing at all. She was super trustworthy and gave us feedback when we were going to make a decision that wouldn't benefit us but always put the options out there so the choice was always ultimately ours. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and if she wasn't available, she would find someone who was. I would feel very comfortable using Melissa in the future and recommending her to anyone else I know who is buying going to buy a home.

Her greatest assets are her knowledge of the F-M housing market (which includes which up and coming neighborhoods to consider), her ability to help the buyer write a strong offer (that can help put you ahead of the competition in the event of a multiple offer situation) and her flexibility to work around your busy schedule. Melissa is one of the best in the biz!

Mike Gillund is outstanding at what he does as a realtor. He makes all experiences personal and you can tell he truly cares about his clients. We definitely felt more to him than a sale/paycheck.
