Melissa helped my 83 year old mother sell her condo. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and truly cared about what my mother wanted and how she wanted to sell her condo. Her compassion and professionalism was excellent and much appreciated by our family. She was able to represent my mother's wishes to the other brokers; this resulted in two fair offers actually above our asking price. The home sold in seven days and was closed in 44 days. Melissa was there through the entire process and handled everything with class and professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone either buying or selling property.
